You can request a refund in the following cases:

1. Accidental or mistaken payment

A refund policy is available if you accidentally purchased a service that you did not want or if your payment for the same service was duplicated.

2. Order сancellation

You have reviewed your expenses or, due to circumstances, no longer need the previously paid service. A full refund is possible if the service has not yet started, otherwise only a partial refund is possible in accordance with the current progress.

3. Not completed service or emergency

In case if service wasn’t finished for any reason, the problem can be solved by offering you an alternative solution:

• Upon agreement, we can complete it later

• If we didn’t start implementing your order, we will refund the full amount.

• Replacement of the ordered service with a cheaper one is possible. The rest amount will be refunded to you.

If you cancel your order when the process has already started, you are eligible to get only a partial refund. Therefore, the total sum of the refund will depend on the number of unfinished services.

Service Replacement

Client has a right to request the service replacement if the cost of a previously purchased service does not exceed the cost of the service you wish to buy.

Steps to get a refund

If you want to get a refund, you should follow 2 steps:

Second step

Provide the required information:

  • State your full name
  • Describe the reason for the refund
  • Provide order number

Please note that a refund might take up to 3-4 weeks after request.


Please, avoid direct and secretly conducted business dealings with our boosters behind our company’s back, otherwise, we will take measures and terminate the ongoing process. The total amount of refund will depend on the number of uncompleted services.
